At about 3:40 a.m., an unusual incident occurred at 1273 Kelly Drive in the 22nd District. Police and fire department personnel responded to a 911 call reporting that a black four-door sedan had been seen driving into the river.
The vehicle was located; however, at press time no driver or passenger had been located, police said.
The investigation is active and ongoing.
